Hidden Valley® Ranch, a household name in condiments, needed a full site redesign to reach beyond its core audience of “moms” and engage younger users—pizza lovers and content-savvy fans. User research and data analysis revealed what resonated most with this new audience, leading to a refreshed brand voice rooted in the concept of “Food Joy.”

We rolled out interactive recipes, videos, and social assets aligned with this theme. The redesigned site featured UX-informed personalization, enhanced product and landing pages, a scalable design system, video, The Ranch Shop, campaign integrations, and a gamified rewards program.

Using agile workflows, our team ensured efficient execution across creative direction, UX, and content production.

The result: increased engagement, higher conversion rates, and a bold, contemporary brand identity that strengthened Hidden Valley’s connection with the next generation of fans.
