Email Design System
We partnered with World Market® to modernize their geo-targeted email program using a mobile-first design system. The goal: improve brand consistency, increase engagement, and streamline production.


Working closely with internal creative and development teams, we introduced a responsive template library and restructured the email creation workflow. To ensure adoption and long-term success, we led hands-on Figma workshops and offered ongoing support—advising on best practices, troubleshooting in real time, and helping teams feel confident navigating new tools.

The results were immediate: email production time was cut in half, and the modular system enabled faster, more flexible campaign rollouts. This success sparked interest across the organization in applying similar systems to additional marketing workflows.
